Make a difference in the lives of teens and young adults on the autism spectrum
Why work for Engage ABA?
When Engage ABA started we made it our goal to provide a much-needed service of behavior support for families in need within the greater Seattle area. We also aimed to create an organization people would truly enjoy working for. Each and every one of our staff members has a passion and commitment to supporting teens with autism and we are grateful to have them working for us.
We are a midsized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency which allows us to not only place an emphasis on quality care for our clients but also maintain a culture within the organization that supports our employees. High-quality training, oversight of our behavior technicians while in the field, ongoing communication, and administrative support are a few components that team members tell us they enjoy working here.
